| We stayed here 2 times. Driving to Florida and our return. Both times it was great. Coincidently had the same room and we were very pleased. Very pleasant staff and breakfast was wonderful. |

Wonderful breakfast buffet - best hotel buffet I have ever had - lots of choice - opened at 6am

| Hotel staff was wonderful, but they were terribly understaffed. Same person worked in restaurant, fixed tv, and brought our rollaway bed. All staff worked very hard, with smiles on their faces, but desperately needed help. Hotel was fully booked on the night we stayed. Saw a total of 5 employees. Hotel was in OK condition, less than OK in cleanliness, and needed to do better, especially for the price paid. Rooms stunk of cigarette smoke, even though they were non-smoking. Cigarette butts everywhere right outside of room door. Our kids, who don't have high expectations, said "ick". Hotel restaurant convenient and decent, and right next to pool. Good for parents with kids, bad for people who are tired and want a quiet meal. Decent breakfast buffet. Irritating paper forms you have to fill out to get the free buffet and dessert. Felt like I was back in middle school filling out the forms...and you better not forget them! If I was driving through Clarksville again, I would try to stay somewhere else. The wonderful staff still wasn't enough to make up for the icky room. |

| The room was very comfortable an the bedding was wonderful. The only thing I was not happy about was the tile floor in the shower. The grout was stained and I really did not want to step in there barefoot. |

| The Quality Inn at exit 4 was perfect for our stay. We stayed at the hotel for a week while attending to some family business. The full breakfast buffet was great every morning along with the indoor pools and hot tub. All requests and questions were answered promptly with an attitude of 'how can I help you'.
The rate was the best in the area also. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! |

| We stayed here during a trip back from Florida (one night). They had over booked, so upgraded our room to one with a kitchenette. The aerobic gym was set up in one of the hotel rooms, which didn't feel safe as a female. The layout of the hotel didn't feel real safe either, as our room was on the exterior and all rooms are accessed through individual rooms, meaning you had to walk to the end of the hotel, then through an outside walk to get to the lobby where the pool was. |

| The room and beds were comfortable. The tub filled up when taking a shower. The front desk was told after the first night, however the problem persisted because the tub was always empty by the time maintenance got there. The second night they ran out of towels in the entire hotel. I got the last two for my family at the pool. I was told in order to get more they would have to go take them from an empty room. I assume they were out of towels because of the giant pile of dirty towels next to the pool. We have already decided that we will try another hotel the next time we need one in Clarksville. |
