| Went down to TN to visit my sister for the holidays, chose this hotel mainly due to its location. Turned out to be an excellent choice. The room was spacious (for me and my wife) and the bed comfortable. Had breakfast there every morning, it was very good and not too expensive. Lunch was great the one day we were there. We even had a chance to use the small fitness center, and the swimming pool and hot tub. If I ever need to stay in Clarksville again this will be my first choice in hotel. |

| The staff was helpful and the hotel was immaculate. Also, the in house dining was great. |

| Woman that checked me in was a bit rude and rushed me through the process. I was surprised because there was no one else waiting to check in. Didn't feel welcome. |

| The room was great, the location is a little hard to get out of because of the traffic on the main highway, it need a traffic light. But we had to get our door keys reprogrammed everyday. As much as we travel, this is the first time we had to get both keys reprogrammed, everyday is a bit much. |

| We were so very tired when we arrived. We went swimming in the pool and stayed in the spa. High chlorine, but temperate and refreshing. Rooms cool and clean. Nice water pressure in shower. We got big room service. Food was hot and delicious. Staff was committed to excellent service. TV movie order option not working. Staff tried to help but, we culdn't figure it out. Regular tV programming was fine. Sams Club and Cracker Barrel right across the street. Stunning lobby in hotel...bright. Nice stay. |

| The hotel was very nice. However, we were put in a handicapped room. The worst part was that there was a pump motor of some kind (maybee a hot tub or hotel hvac system) that cycled on and off every hour waking us up. Too much to pay for a noisy room! |
